congressional districts to reflect changes in population. This important
process happens only once a decade, and it’s happening right
now, John.

As we write this, four states have already officially redrawn their maps:
Oregon, Maine, Nebraska, and Indiana. Most states are well underway. Here

weeks — by November 15th.
