Recent polls show that at least 83% of Americans support the U.S.
government negotiating with pharmaceutical companies to lower drug prices.
Why is it so hard to turn this hugely popular policy into law?

The short answer: Big Pharma is one of the most powerful lobbies in
Washington. By funneling high-dollar campaign donations through PACs,
they're able to block drug pricing reforms that would hurt their bottom
line.

Since launching our first campaign for Congress, Ro’s refused to take a
single penny from PACs or lobbyists. That’s why we’re at the forefront of
the fight to lower drug costs and other popular progressive policies. But
we need your help to take on Big Pharma’s hundreds of millions of dollars
in political spending.

families tens of billions of dollars a year. Will you chip in
$25 or more today to our
100% grassroots movement so we can keep up the fight?

Big Pharma spends more on lobbying than any other sector. And it’s paying
off. Drug companies continue to rake in massive profits, even as 18
million Americans report being unable to afford a prescription medication.

This Democratic-controlled Congress has a mandate from the American people
to lower prescription drug prices—and right now we have a chance to pass
this policy by including it in the Build Back Better plan. We can’t let
special interests win out.

stronger, and we’re counting on your support as we take on Big Pharma. If
you’re able, please consider pitching in
$25 or any amount you can
now.

We’ll keep holding the line in Congress, and fighting to put working
peoples’ interests ahead of corporate profits. Thank you for being a part
of this fight.
