Child Defender,

In October, places of worship across the country will join us in a multi-faith observance of Children's Sabbaths®, engaging in prayers, education, and most importantly action to improve the lives of our country's most marginalized children.

Following this year's theme of "Where Does It Hurt?": Listening to Heal Our Children, we invite you to join us in three key actions that can be initiated during Children's Sabbaths weekend, October 15-17, 2021. These actions are intended to spur listening, learning, and acting for and with children and families that can be sustained year-round:

On the page, you will also find multi-faith worship resources, a seven-day guide for prayer and reflection, bulletin inserts, video assets to use in your efforts, and additional resources to help you plan your 2021 Children's Sabbath celebration.
