We have to decide as a city how best to allocate the $155 million Richmond is receiving in American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) dollars – so I’m reaching out today to ask for your feedback. I’ve drafted my proposed spending plan, and now I’d like to hear from the people of Richmond. If you would like to participate in this dialogue, there are two options:
