We have to decide as a city how best to allocate the $155 million Richmond is receiving in American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA)  dollars – so I’m reaching out today to ask for your feedback. I’ve drafted my proposed spending plan, and now I’d like to hear from the people of Richmond. If you would like to participate in this dialogue, there are two options:

• We are holding three in-person public meetings, details of which can be found here.
• We’ve also created a public survey you can fill out here that will be up through October 4^th.

As Mayor, I remain committed to serving the needs of our community above all else. Please take these opportunities to have your voice heard. I promise we are listening.
