Gavin Newsom tried to steal your right to worship by shutting down ALL houses
of worship – even home churches.

 

So, we filed our Tandon v. Newsom lawsuit, took him to the Supreme Court, and
WON.

 

And now, he and his administration are settling the lawsuit by paying out
$500,000 in legal fees because it’s clear that the order to restrict in-home
religious gatherings was unconstitutional.

 

John, you deserve a huge thanks for this victory.

 

Without your generous support of the Center for American Liberty we would
never have been able to take this case all the way to the Supreme Court and won.

 

Now, every governor in the country who wants to impose tyrannical policies
like this knows that we’ll step in, stop them,and make them pay.

 

The impact of this decision is obviously fantastic for our clients, but it is
also far-reaching.

 

A law professor from Lewis and Clark Law School published an article calling
our win, “the most important free exercise decision since 1990.”
