So, we filed our Tandon v. Newsom lawsuit, took him to the Supreme Court, and WON.
And now, he and his administration are settling the lawsuit by paying out $500,000 in legal fees because it’s clear that the order to restrict in-home religious gatherings was unconstitutional.
