To save lives, WRI’s Clean Air Catalyst initiative — which launched a new website last week — is identifying local pollution sources and finding solutions for cleaner, healthier air. African nations have pledged to begin restoring more than 100 million hectares of degraded land by 2030 through the AFR100 Initiative. But they need support. Funders are responding by using WRI-led TerraMatch to finance Africa’s top 100 tree restoration enterprises and projects.
