Hi friend,

As the weather begins to cool down, the leaves begin to change, and work schedules return to normal, opportunities to go outside and experience nature can become harder to fit in. It’s a good thing that the Alliance for Watershed Education’s 5th annual River Days event series is here to help!

Hosted by nearly two dozen environmental education centers throughout Delaware, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, River Days features fun and safe events, many of which are free of charge, including tours, hikes, and cleanups, that connect us to the waterways we depend on — and we’ve put together a whole list of them below.

This year’s lineup includes lots of in-person events to get you back in touch with folks in your community after we’ve been socially isolated for much of the past 18 months.
