* Lawmakers adopted several of the recommendations from the Task Force for Racial Equity in Criminal Justice System into law — which Josh co-chaired alongside Justice Anita Earls.

* Josh filed a price gouging lawsuit against a Charlotte gas station charging $9.99 a gallon, ripping off its customers during the state of emergency after the Colonial Pipeline shutdown.

* Josh continues to hold bad actors accountable for committing health care fraud and wasting taxpayer money. He successfully prosecuted two health care providers that used their corrupt proceeds to buy a personal plane, securing jail time and bringing back more than $4 million to our state’s Medicaid program.
