Over the past few weeks, Josh has been hard at work bringing justice and accountability to our institutions on behalf of North Carolinians. Here are some of the latest victories Josh has secured:

• Lawmakers adopted several of the recommendations from the Task Force for Racial Equity in Criminal Justice System into law — which Josh co-chaired alongside Justice Anita Earls.


• Josh filed a price gouging lawsuit against a Charlotte gas station charging $9.99 a gallon, ripping off its customers during the state of emergency after the Colonial Pipeline shutdown.


• Josh continues to hold bad actors accountable for committing health care fraud and wasting taxpayer money. He successfully prosecuted two health care providers that used their corrupt proceeds to buy a personal plane, securing jail time and bringing back more than $4 million to our state’s Medicaid program.
