** We’re here to say “Stay”

This World Suicide Prevention Day we’re launching a campaign to let everyone across the UK know that someone wants them to Stay.
Campaign. world suicide prevention day.
** Help us share Stay across the UK
------------------------------------------------------------
At CALM, we believe there’s always hope, always a reason for living. And we need you to help us reach out to anyone and everyone who’s struggling to tell them:
“Things can change.” To say: “Just stay”. Find out why we’re putting this message on billboards across the country and how you can stand with us, united against suicide.

** "That decision to hang in there saved my life.”
------------------------------------------------------------
Watch. Stories.
Stay is about sharing stories of hope, real stories that show the moment people decided to give tomorrow a chance. We know it isn’t easy - when you can’t see a way out and have reached your lowest point, it can be hard to see a way forward. But as our film shows, things can change. They can get better.

** Worried about someone?
------------------------------------------------------------
We’re asking you to reach out to anyone might be struggling. Yeah, it might be awkward at first. But it could also be the most important conversation you ever have. Facetime them. Whatsapp them. Go for a drink. It doesn’t matter how you say it, just don't let it go unsaid.

** A message from our CEO

"The figures on suicides in the UK for 2020 show suicide rates have declined from 2019. While we welcome that decline, we must treat the latest figures with caution, and remain vigilant to the mental health risks that have arisen over the last two years.”
