Make sure your carefully crafted messages look great, no matter what device someone is using. Targeted Email’s Drag & Drop editor makes it easier to customize your layouts for mobile or desktop devices with only a few minor adjustments.

Better outreach to organizations
Make it easier for the organizations who support you to respond to your efforts by customizing your Online Actions forms with organization-specific fields. You can now allow submissions from organizations for Contribution, Ticketed Event, Petition, Signup, and Volunteer forms.

Redistricting updates
As you may know, each state is redistricting using the 2020 Census data. As soon as the data vendor for your site provides us with the new district data, we will display both old and new district information on contact records on a state-by-state basis.
To find out which states have been populated so far, you can download the list below. Keep checking back if you do not see your state listed yet.

Keeping up with supporter interactions
Automation now makes it easier to manage your donor and supporter relationships by letting you assign or remove Activist Codes on contacts you’ve included in your workflows.
You no longer have to manually update contact records or wait for people to fill in a form. Automation helps you update Activist Codes whenever contact records meet your customized search criteria.

Mobile Messaging meets the power of Automation
We’ve added a new Mobile Messaging action step to Automation that lets you add SMS texting to your outreach efforts, and helps build workflows that enable:
-Automated onboarding to your SMS program
-Communication with supporters and donors using their preferred channel
-Responsive messaging based on the actions of your supporters and donors

Finish Call Time follow-ups faster
We’re making it easier for your caller to send Thanks Yous right from their mobile app. After finishing their call, your caller will be able to quickly create their thank you message using one of the email or text templates you’ve created and made available to them.
