TOMORROW is the final day that you will be able to submit your comment to the ATF on their proposed "stabilizing braces" rule. ?This is our last call to add your name to the thousands of others submitted by gun rights advocates across this country. All comments must be submitted by 11:59 PM EST to be considered. ?FPC could not be prouder of the way our supporters and members have turned out on this issue thus far. ?This wouldn't be possible without you, so please know that we appreciate all the outreach efforts that take place and that it is making a difference.

As a reminder, the ATF's proposed rule, ATF 2021R-08, <[link removed]>?would make most firearms with attached stabilizing braces subject to the National Firearms Act.?The ATF plans on using a confusing and convoluted point-based system to determine what is/is not an NFA item. To be clear, stabilizingbraces are used by people all across this country. In certain cases, individuals using stabilizingbraces have an injury or physical impairment in which the braces become a necessary aid. ?Should Rule 2021R-08 be adopted, these individuals will be hit hard.

To make sure your comment is reviewed just click one of the red "Submit ATF Stabilizing Braces Rule Comment" buttons in this email.
