Submit ATF Stabilizing Braces Rule Comment

As a reminder, the ATF's proposed rule, ATF 2021R-08,?would make most firearms with attached stabilizing braces subject to the National Firearms Act.?The ATF plans on using a confusing and convoluted point-based system to determine what is/is not an NFA item. To be clear, stabilizing braces are used by people all across this country. In certain cases, individuals using stabilizing braces have an injury or physical impairment in which the braces become a necessary aid. ?Should Rule 2021R-08 be adopted, these individuals will be hit hard.
