Believe it or not, women are STILL not guaranteed equal rights under the U.S. Constitution.
We're all aware of how hostile the current administration is to women's rights. And without protections for our progress preserved in law, Trump, McConnell, Kavanaugh, and others threaten to roll back our hard-won victories.

Congress passed the Equal Rights Amendment in 1972, but in order to take effect, it must be approved by 38 of the 50 states. For 47 years that number has eluded us, but NOW it is within our reach. With just one more state, the ERA can finally be added to the Constitution.
