These weapons are growing in popularity amongst mass shooters. Fortunately, President Biden proposed a rule for the ATF to close this deadly legal loophole. VICTORY: Team ENOUGH Los Angeles and Brady Help Pass Legislation to Combat “Ghost Guns”

[link removed] [[link removed]]This week, we joined Los Angeles lawmakers to testify in support of a local ordinance to regulate ghost guns, which are untraceable, homemade firearms that require NO background check. High school student and Team ENOUGH Los Angeles member Neve O’Brien proudly testified at the hearing, helping pass [[link removed]] the ordinance with unanimous, bipartisan support!

Earlier this year, Team ENOUGH Executive Council member Stephan Abrams filmed a video [[link removed]] exposing just how easy it is for minors and other prohibited purchasers to obtain ghost guns. With just a few clicks, he was able to buy a ghost gun kit online, have it shipped to his house, and could have built a fully functioning firearm in less than 30 minutes.

Now, thanks in part to the tireless advocacy of Brady and Team ENOUGH, San Diego, Los Angeles, and San Francisco are part of the growing movement to regulate ghost guns!
