Virginia Mortgage Relief

** Struggling to pay your mortgage due to COVID-19? Virginia Housing is launching the Virginia Mortgage Relief Program, which will provide homeowners with assistance to prevent and/or ease mortgage delinquencies, defaults, foreclosures, and displacement due to financial hardship caused by the pandemic. Virginia Homeowners will be able to request assistance when the program launches in early fall 2021.

** The State of the Nation's Housing Report

** A new report from the Joint Center for Housing Studies of Harvard University ([link removed]) reveals how the pandemic has impacted housing and how much more work we have to do to build back better. The report's five major findings include:
