Our “Power up for Care” mass organizing call will center the leadership of home care workers and provide supporters with information on the next steps to help us win this critical investment in care [[link removed]] .

We have the once-in-a-generation opportunity to ensure home and community care jobs are good, family-sustaining jobs and that our loved ones can seek the care they need to live and grow older with dignity and respect.

We need Congress to seize this moment and deliver a reconciliation package with a total $400 billion investment in home and community-based services (HCBS) — an investment that will strengthen our care infrastructure by creating 1.1 million new jobs each year over the next decade and ensuring true, equitable economic recovery for all.
