We need Congress to seize this moment and deliver a reconciliation package with a total $400 billion investment in home and community-based services (HCBS) — an investment that will strengthen our care infrastructure by creating 1.1 million new jobs each year over the next decade and ensuring true, equitable economic recovery for all.
