We invite you to attend Councilmember Trayon White in collaboration with Developing Economic Opportunities for the annual "Back-To-School Backpack Giveaway and Resource Fair".
We know their may be some rain in the forecast however, we plan to ensure the event takes place no matter what.
BACKPACKS & SCHOOLS SUPPLIES WILL BE GIVEN ON FIRST-COME-SERVE BASIS !

* Barry Farm Recreation Center | 1230 Sumner Road SE, WDC 20020
Backpacks and school supplies will be available while supplies last to students living in Ward 8.

* Assistance with STAY DC Applications

***ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS***
1. Must be a Ward 8 resident.
2. Proof of residency is required. You must present a photo ID and a current utility bill ( no older than three months) to participate.
3. Copy of the child's birth certificates of those receiving a backpack.
