***ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS***
1. Must be a Ward 8 resident.
2. Proof of residency is required. You must present a photo ID and a current utility bill ( no older than three months) to participate.
3. Copy of the child's birth certificates of those receiving a backpack.
