New York Attorney General Letitia James' lawsuit against the NRA is heating up —

[link removed] [[link removed]]In a new court filing, AG James made clear that the NRA has yet to clean up their rampant financial abuse and misconduct — even after a failed attempt to claim bankruptcy and avoid accountability.

We at Brady have fought for decades to end the NRA’s stranglehold on our democracy. Now, we’re closer than ever before — and we need to keep the pressure on, just like our namesakes, Jim and Sarah Brady.

After Jim was shot in the 1981 assassination attempt on President Reagan, he and Sarah made it their life's mission to defeat the NRA. They were gun owners and Republicans themselves.
