Our right to vote is inextricably tied to our nation’s gun violence epidemic: Too often, communities hit hardest by gun violence face the greatest barriers to the right to vote. We must ensure all Americans — especially Black Americans, Latinx citizens, people with disabilities, and the youth demographic — can access the ballot box to vote for elected officials who will take concrete steps to protect them and address gun violence in their communities.
