The group recently produced A Landscape Analysis of Education-Based Racial Affinity Groups in the U.S., along with an accompanying introductory webinar. The analysis calls out the need for cross-division collaboration to increase, retain, and sustain educators of color which will impact classrooms for the better in reaching the goal of a more equitable system.
