The 7.2 magnitude earthquake that rocked Haiti over the weekend has left
more than 1,900 people dead, 9,900 injured, and tens of thousands
homeless.

Allen Joseph, Deputy Program Manager, shared an update from the epicenter:

"Everywhere is agony. Many, many people are without homes anymore,
people everywhere we went were crying, worried. There were aftershocks
all through the day."

Tropical Storm Grace has since made our response efforts even more
difficult, as many areas are flooded. But our team members — the vast
majority of whom are Haitian citizens — are working through the challenges
to purchase and distribute urgently needed supplies.

blocked following the 7.2 magnitude earthquake in Haiti.
