Why does it take so long for anything to get done in Washington?

 

Where are our leaders?

 

I knew I'd have a tough fight when I became Governor of Maryland. We ranked
near the bottom in almost every category. I also knew that Marylanders elected
me to grow our economy, enhance their quality of life and keep them safe.

 

I took on those challenges. I worked across the aisle. And I never submitted
to scoring cheap political points because that simply doesn't work. We need
more of this across our country!

 

Demand better of our leaders - help me and An America United fight against the
extreme rhetoric of both parties and for real leaders.

It is time to get TOUGH.

 

Being a strong leader means listening to the people above all of the noise.

 

We need ADULTS in the room to solve emergency issues like rising inflation,
severely-lacking education and unsafe streets.
