Hi John, today is a big
day.
The Census Bureau will be releasing state-by-state
population data, which will jump start the gerrymandering
(redrawing) of congressional districts for the next decade.
Election expert Dave Wasserman shared his outlook:

partisan control of state redistricting, largely Republican
dominated.

Voters are in charge in a democracy, but
Republicans are trying to rewrite the rules to bypass the will of
the people. Will you contribute to our cause today so we can
fight this anti-democratic Republican plan and work toward
banning gerrymandering?

Democrats only hold the House by five members, and
the GOP is looking to flip the chamber by gaining at least seven
seats without winning a single additional vote.
That’s not how democracy is supposed to work. We
should ban political gerrymandering and let the people, not
Republicans, decide who will represent them.
Will you chip in today so we can protect democracy
and our sacred elections in America?
