The Census Bureau will be releasing state-by-state population data, which will jump start the gerrymandering (redrawing) of congressional districts for the next decade.
Election expert Dave Wasserman shared his outlook:
Democrats only hold the House by five members, and the GOP is looking to flip the chamber by gaining at least seven seats without winning a single additional vote.
That’s not how democracy is supposed to work. We should ban political gerrymandering and let the people, not Republicans, decide who will represent them.
