I’m writing with the sad news that Representative Salazar has turned her back on Israel.
Late last week, Rep. Salazar voted NAY on House Bill 4373. Among other important programs, this bill provides Israel with $3.3 billion in aid that they rely upon to maintain their essential security systems. [[link removed]]
This funding was part of a Memorandum of Understanding from 2016, but if Rep. Salazar had her way, the money would not be delivered. Thankfully, the Democratic majority passed this legislation and prevented the chaos that Republicans intended.
