Dear Partners,

Families USA identified promising community-based models in 70 communities across the nation working to improve equity and poor maternal health outcomes. By sharing the findings of our analysis ([link removed]) , we hope advocates and state policy makers will explore opportunities in their states to address health equity by scaling successful community-based efforts and securing sustainable funding through Medicaid for these community-based organizations.
