Dear Partners,
Families USA identified promising community-based models in 70 communities across the nation working to improve equity and poor maternal health outcomes. By sharing the findings of our analysis, we hope advocates and state policy makers will explore opportunities in their states to address health equity by scaling successful community-based efforts and securing sustainable funding through Medicaid for these community-based organizations.
