Let's face it. The trauma of the last administration is real. It's taken a toll on all of us -- and also on our courts. For years, the Trump administration and its Senate allies filled the courts with lifetime-appointed judges who are overwhelmingly white, male, and hostile to reproductive rights.

All of this has put abortion access at risk. And state legislators across the country are passing a record number of abortion restrictions and bans because they believe the courts are on their side.
