Let's face it. The trauma of the last administration is real. It's taken a toll on all of us — and also on our courts. For years, the Trump administration and their Senate allies filled the courts with lifetime-appointed judges who are overwhelmingly white, male, and hostile to reproductive rights.
This has put abortion access at risk. Politicians are now passing a record number of state-level abortion restrictions and bans — brashly violating the Constitution in the process — because they believe the courts are on their side.
