Washington, DC – Mayor Bowser signed into law a bill that prohibits the sale of flavored tobacco products and prohibits the sale and distribution of e-cigarettes within one-quarter mile of middle and high schools. The bill exempts hookah bars. However, the bill cannot go into effect unless it is funded through the budget.
