Hey, it’s Samantha, Ayanna’s
Finance Director.

During my time working in grassroots fundraising, I’ve noticed a trend:
Fundraising slows down during the summer months, particularly in July.

2021 is turning out to be no different, but the reality is that our
people-powered movement for progressive change doesn’t take the summer
off. 

Ayanna won’t stop fighting for transformative policies that meet the scale
and scope of the crises facing our communities, and we won’t either — but
we need your help to sustain this work.
