It&rsquo;s been a while since I&rsquo;ve shared an update and the news I have is really exciting: team TOA is growing!
The Opportunity Agenda is a social justice communications lab that helps social and racial justice leaders use communications strategies today to make long term shifts in narratives and culture. For nearly 16 years, thousands of social justice leaders have come through our doors to learn, grow, research, and strategize to make lasting change as communicators for justice, in themselves and in our world.
Our impact has been undeniable and I&rsquo;m excited to share that over the next year, we will be expanding!
Our narrative and research capacity will DOUBLE in the next twelve months, our training volume will increase significantly, and our central operations will grow to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Manager of Narrative Strategy<[link removed]>&nbsp;A seasoned communicator and innovator who wants to help social justice leaders make a big impact over the long run. This role is about turning innovations into real tools and action.

Research Manager<[link removed]>&nbsp;An experienced researcher who&rsquo;s just as into qualitative as the quantitative methods and wants to bring a spirit of experimentation to helping movements make informed decisions.

Director of Finance<[link removed]>&nbsp;A talented finance expert with a passion for organizational growth, running a tight ship, and building systems which will help our organization change.

Human Resources Manager<[link removed]>&nbsp;This individual will be directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the human resources function, and will oversee organizational HR systems and the entire employee life cycle.
We will be announcing more roles over the coming months as we build on our team of communications and culture change pros who have practical experience and an eye toward how movements can do even better in the journey toward justice.
