President Biden nominated David Chipman, former ATF Agent, and 25-year ATF
veteran, to be the ATF Director earlier this year. The ATF has been
without leadership for years and David Chipman is vastly qualified to lead
this important agency. Sadly, the NRA and other groups have committed to
spreading [ [link removed] ]disinformation and rhetoric that has impacted Chipman’s
nomination. This has made some Senators wary of confirming him. We need to
urge the Senate to confirm David Chipman.  

That’s where you come in! We need everyone to call Senator Jacky Rosen and
Senator Catherine Cortez-Masto to encourage them to support David
Chipman’s confirmation as ATF Director. There is truly no better [ [link removed] ]leader
than Chipman. He has extensive experience with ATF, he is a gun owner, and
he knows how to balance the 2nd Amendment and our existing laws concerning
firearms.

your message makes all the difference in the world. Our gun violence
prevention work is not just about responding to tragedies, it is also
about making sure we support qualified leaders. David Chipman is one of
