Our fight to combat voter suppression — to ensure that everyone has a
voice and vote in our democracy — is one that impacts our entire nation.
Millions of Americans, mostly Black, brown, and poor, are unable to vote
due to restrictive laws that prevent them from accessing key resources for
voter registration.

In Congress, Jamaal is fighting to uplift our progressive cause by keeping
the pressure on key decision makers and lawmakers to ensure our voices are
heard and our needs are met — and it's working.

Earlier this week, President Biden condemned efforts to stifle the
democratic process by denying Americans the right to vote. Biden called
those efforts "undemocratic" and "un-American", and took to Twitter to
share his support for the For The People Act.

the kind of dedicated leadership we need from lawmakers all over the
country when it comes to fighting for our rights — but right now, we need
