Michigan – The House passed HB 4878 which would prohibit the sale of synthetic or tobacco free nicotine products to individuals under the age of 21 years old and require the product packaging to include a disclosure that the product is not regulated or approved by the FDA. The bill now moves to the Senate for consideration.
