It’s no secret that women — and especially women of color — have long been overworked and underpaid for doing the same jobs as men, or forced into the lowest-paying jobs altogether — leaving them struggling to support themselves and families.

The COVID-19 crisis has only exacerbated these inequities as women continue to fight on the frontlines of this pandemic without being valued and paid equally. It's unacceptable.

We must invest in our workforce and make sure Coloradans, especially working parents, aren’t left behind. That’s why I’m asking:
