** Ryan Thomas steps up for CALM
------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------

Walking not one, but ten marathons in ten days to support our life-saving services, Ryan raised an incredible £161,976, breaking the CALM solo fundraising record and helping to answer over 20,000 helpline calls. A record breaker and a heel breaker, he pushed through despite the blisters and after his incredible effort, he’s certainly earned his place as CALM ambassador.

** Getting back to 'normal' with Dave
------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------

After a year of not doing a lot, the idea of getting back out in the real world can feel daunting. 81% of Brits are anxious about things opening up again, so we teamed up with our mates at Dave to round up some advice. Featuring Suzi Ruffell and Ahir Shah - comedians talk conversation starters to make chat old hat again, pub etiquette and more stuff to help socialising go smoothly.

** Jamie Laing, Russell Kane and Leon Mckenzie chat Body Image
------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------

Bodies - we’ve all got them, so why don’t we talk about them? We spoke to 2000 men about how their bodies made them feel and 48% said they struggled because of how they looked. We launched the #BodyTalks series supported by Instagram to get real about some of the body image stuff that gets us down.

** Meeting the Movement Against Suicide: Izzy's story
------------------------------------------------------------

When Izzy decided to raise money for CALM in memory of her brother Harrison, she couldn’t have imagined how many donations would tot up in the months to come. We caught up with her to hear how she, along with family and friends, pulled together to raise almost £24,000 to support our services and why she’s campaigning for better mental wellbeing support for students.

** Running Against Living Miserably
------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------
We run because we know running gives the biggest highs and can help us take the lows in our stride. Some walk half the way. Others are on their twentieth marathon. Whatever you do, you’re running against living miserably. For the endorphins. For coming out the other side. For the people we remember. We’ve got spaces for loads of events this year. So whether it’s the Brighton Marathon, the London Landmarks Half Marathon, or the London 10K pull on that neon orange vest and run with us.
