Dear John,

Following the recent ceasefire announcement from Israel, the shocking levels of antisemitism that have surged alongside anti-Israel protests remain a source of grave concern.

We have seen acts of antisemitic harassment, vandalism and violence across the world and on every social media platform. Whether it was the assaults on Jews in their neighborhoods from Los Angeles to London and many other points, or the over 17,000 tweets with variations on “Hitler was right” in the days following the onset of the Israel-Gaza conflict, the impact of this hatred is clear.

We have all felt the reverberations in our lives and in our communities.

During this alarming spike in antisemitism, the most powerful tool you have to respond with is your voice.

TAKE ACTION

You can report incidents of antisemitism to ADL as we work with elected officials, law enforcement and our teams of experts to track and respond to outbursts of antisemitism. We are offering rewards to help catch the attackers in situations such as the assault on Jews in Los Angeles. You can use your voice to report online antisemitism as well, using our

cyber-safety action guide to help report toxic posts on major platforms. We are monitoring online activity, and pushing social media companies to stem the hate overflowing there.
