This week, I
introduced a budget for fiscal year 2022 alongside Republican Study
Committee Chairman Jim Banks.
It’s full of common-sense spending
measures, helps restore fiscal responsibility in Washington, D.C., and
works for Americans at every single income level.
Unlike Democrats
who haven’t produced a budget in well over 2 years, my Republican
colleagues and I understand that in order to strengthen America we must
get our financial house in order!
We saw under President Trump that
pro-growth policies work. When you give Americans more control over
their hard-earned income, great things happen! Markets, consumer
confidence, and revenues grow across the board. Layer that on top of
tax cuts, and you’ve got a winning strategy that puts Americans first.

• Reduction of the overall tax burden by $1.9 trillion (that’s
almost $16,000 per household!)
• No money to directly or indirectly
facilitate or subsidize abortions
• Secures our border
• Eliminates
earmarks
• Outlines real health care reform to lower costs and
increase accessibility to quality care
• And so much more!

pressure campaign to bring it to the floor.
