Port Authority must extend emergency fare relief to low-income riders and increase CONNECT card access. Last month Port Authority proposed three changes to their fare policy: Free transfers for riders using ConnectCard stored-value To Shift Weekly & Monthly passes to 7 & 31-day passes that start on the day you tap them instead of by the calendar-based schedule.
