I'll never forget the kindness and respect I received during my first visit to a Planned Parenthood health center. Planned Parenthood provided me with birth control, STI testing, and annual exams at no cost -- thanks to the Title X program. The gag rule is dangerous to patients like I was, who don't have health insurance. The Title X program is supposed to ensure we can access critical health care, so the gag rule needs to be swiftly repealed to ensure people can get the care they need to live their lives.
