Twice-failed Senate candidate, John James, launched a new super PAC to prop up Republican candidates who will be loyal to his pro-Trump agenda. That's not all -- a new report from The Detroit News suggests James is thinking about jumping back into politics by running for statewide office. Again.

​​​It's clear Michigan Republicans are already gearing up for the battle for the governorship. On top of James' super PAC flooding candidates with cash , Republican National Committee Chair Ronna McDaniel is said to be considering a run for governor, too.
