have
cost

billion
each
in
damages.
Biden’s
plan
would
invest

billion
to
improve
the
resilience

infrastructure

hand
with
a
bill

introduced
that
would
improve
forecast
and
communication
around
floods,
tornadoes,
and
hurricanes

help

communities
better
prepare
for
disasters.

water
