I'm sending around a quick reminder that you can join The Meditation Sessions ([link removed]) a free, new support we've developed for youth workers in partnership with The Sanctuary.

What are the Meditation Sessions?
This is a month-long meditation programme designed to renew your sense of wellbeing and your energy for your work with young people.

We've made it so that whenever you sign up, a
cross the following four weeks, on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, you will be sent a short meditation via email.

You can join in at a time that suits you, from your work space or the comfort of home.
