Today is Trans Day of Visibility. Today and everyday we must strive to learn, understand, embrace, and celebrate the lives and histories of people who identify as trans. People are people, and trans rights are human rights.
I know tonight is a major fundraising deadline — and to be transparent, we are just a few hundred dollars from meeting our goal. However, I have an important ask of you tonight.

EPTEP serves Allentown and several other counties in eastern Pennsylvania by assisting trans people with their legal name changes, offering food and housing assistance, awarding scholarships for trans students, and more.
John, when I call for equity, I mean for all people — including our trans siblings. I have and always will use my platform as a leader to be a megaphone for marginalized people.
